Elevate OS LLC provides business operating system services, consulting, software tools, automation, and related support to small and mid-sized businesses. Specific service details are outlined in any applicable service agreement, proposal, or onboarding documentation.
Program Description: Elevate OS LLC may send SMS/MMS messages to opted-in users for purposes including appointment reminders, service updates, onboarding information, billing notifications, and promotional messages related to our services.
Consent & Opt-In: By providing your mobile phone number and checking the consent box (or otherwise affirmatively opting in), you expressly consent to receive recurring automated text messages from Elevate OS LLC at the number provided, including via the number (971) 251-2169. Consent is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
Message Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your service plan and interactions. You may receive up to several messages per week.
Message & Data Rates: Message and data rates may apply. Charges are billed by your mobile carrier.
How to Opt Out: You may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP to any message. After opting out, you will receive one final confirmation message. No further messages will be sent unless you re-opt-in.

No Sharing of Phone Numbers: Your mobile phone number will not be shared with third parties for their marketing purposes. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
Where account creation is required, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at hello@elevateos.io of any unauthorized use.
All fees are outlined in your service agreement or invoice. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees. All sales are final unless otherwise stated in a written agreement. Refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services for non-payment after reasonable notice.
All content, branding, systems, templates, and materials provided by Elevate OS LLC are the intellectual property of Elevate OS LLC and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
Client-provided materials remain the property of the client. By sharing materials with us, you grant us a limited license to use them solely for delivering the agreed services.

Our services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Elevate OS LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of our services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to Elevate OS LLC in the three (3) months preceding the claim.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, third parties, or the public. You may terminate your relationship with us at any time by discontinuing use of our services and providing written notice as required by your service agreement.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Oregon, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Clackamas County, Oregon, or as otherwise agreed in writing.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website or by email. Your continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
